General Position Summary

Unithree is calling  strategic thinkers with a knack for spotting opportunities and closing deals as New Business Development. In this role, you'll generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen business opportunities, and facilitate pitches. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years experience in business development, sales, or a related role in Creative Agency
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team, track performance, and report metrics
  • Willingness to travel as needed
