Account Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners. You will coordinate resources to streamline workflow, facilitate communication between upper management and team members, stay abreast of industry trends, and help achieve our organizational goals with a creative touch.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role within a creative or marketing environment.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
5. Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suites and iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
6. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

1. Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations with innovative solutions.
2. Illustrate the value of our creative marketing services to foster growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify and act on industry trends.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; contribute to program development for existing clients and new prospects.
4. Coordinate internal and external resources to streamline workflow and enhance team productivity.
5. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to uncover additional opportunities for collaboration.
